Lease Rates do not include 4 % Service Fee

Utilities:  Tenant pays for phone, cable or satellite tv, electric, and propane with an one-time utility payment due by mid-term.  Final accounting is sent from TCR within 45 days of departure.

Health Club:  Unrestricted use of the Sugar House recreational facilities is included in lease rate.  Deposit:  A deposit of $1000.00 is required to book your reservation.  The remaining balance and security deposit is split into 2 or 3 payments and paid in full thirty days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy are refunded 90% of the rental rate paid to date but the $1000.00 deposit is forfeited to the owner.  No cancellations within 60 days of arrival.  We now offer travel insurance. 

 

NO SMOKING & NO PETS in the unit.
