Cable TV, Phone & Utilities: Owner provides basic tv cable and basic phone service (does not include long distance);
any electric use over $60 or local phone use over $25 is billed to the guest. Please ask for assistance if you plan to access the internet in the unit or want to upgrade the tv cable service.
Cleaning/Linens: Linens & towels provided for each bedroom with an extra set for 2 bedrooms. Guest pays departure clean.
Sugarhouse Health Club & Social Program: Includes unrestricted use of the Sugarhouse Amenity Center and participation in
Summer Program for two adults. Guests are an additional daily fee of $4.00 for adults & $2.00 for children.
Deposit/Payments/Travel Insurance: $750.00 deposit due upon booking. Payment plans determined by your booking date. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. We require a refundable $250.00 security deposit. We now offer affordable Travel Insurance. Please ask for details.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are fully refundable less a 10% handling fee if the unit is re-booked for the same amount. No sublets.
